THE JANE’S BOOK
Yesterday I received some requests for a copy of my self-published book, “The Jane’s Book,” which is about the making of the movie “Three Days” with Jane’s Addiction. I haven’t had the book available for quite some time, and the requests inspired me to put it back up into the online store. For those who are interested, “The Jane’s Book” is a great companion piece to the movie “Three Days.”
Synopsis: In 1997 filmmaker Kevin Ford and his partner Carter Smith set out to make a movie of the Jane’s Addiction ‘Relapse Tour’. They enlisted the help of actor Cinque Lee (Mystery Train), and they hit the road with Jane’s Addiction. This book is a companion piece to the resulting movie “Three Days” and captures the many ups and downs of making the film on that tour. “The Jane’s Book” spans the entire production period of Ford and Smith’s movie, and is an interesting look backstage into the world of music and movies.
